TAX CREDITS
Hope Scholarship - Provides a credit of up to $1500 for a student who is enrolled at least half time in one of the first two years of postsecondary education.
Lifetime Learning - Credit for college juniors, seniors, graduate students and working Americans pursuing lifelong learning to upgrade their skills.

Bright Start - Bright Start is a college savings plan program.  Bright Start can make saving for college easy by giving you a powerful combination of benefits few other investment vehicles can offer.
College Savings Bonds - Illinois College Savings Bonds are tax-exempt, zero-coupon bonds issued by the State of Illinois.  These bonds are issued by the State to provide individual investors with a long-term investment to help fund college expenses.  Sales are typically held in the fall.
